Introducing a vehicle-specific intercooler kit dedicated to the CIVIC TYPE-R (FK8), which boasts the fastest FF, with the optimal core size and layout .

Concept
The K20C, which produces 2.0L and 320ps, has a very high output and boost of over 150kPa. The stock intercooler does not have enough capacity, and even without boosting, the engine intake air temperature will rise to nearly 90 degrees Celsius.
→In response, cooling performance has been ensured by increasing the size of the intercooler.
The air passages of the stock intercooler, including the piping, are tightly curved and obstruct the smooth flow of intake air, resulting in a large loss of boost.
→In response, we have integrated the intercooler inlet tank and pipe to achieve smooth air flow and reduce intake loss.

Features
The newly developed 100mm wide core boasts approximately twice the core capacity compared to the genuine product, achieving an overwhelming difference in cooling performance.

The only parts that have been processed on the genuine parts are the rubber parts that interfere with the core and the fan shroud, and there is no major processing.
