GReddy reinforced timing belt
The reinforced timing belt uses a special technology that does not apply stress when molding the tooth cloth in order to match the shape of the tooth cloth, which differs from engine to engine. Because no excessive force is applied to the aramid fibers and nylon fibers that are the materials of the parts that come in contact with the crank pulley and cam pulley, a tooth cloth with high strength can be created. In addition, highly saturated H-NBR is used for the "tooth rubber" used inside the tooth cloth to suppress deformation. Since the cam pulley can be driven with high strength while absorbing the force applied to the belt, accurate valve timing can be maintained for a long period of time.
